We first opened our doors in 1988 as Copytech Engineering, after we had seen the need for reliable IT services, and evolved from there as technology changed.
We first started out in electronic Office Equipment, such as

* Various Electronics Equipment.
Early 1991 Copytech Engineering was appointed as an authorised dealer and support provider for various networking systems such as Cisco, Novell, IBM, SCO UNIX and notably Banyan Vines.
In the early to mid 1990's Copytech Engineering was one of the first to provide infrastructure support to ISP's such as Stairway Internet Services and Hotkey Internet Services in Australia using dial up modems and ISDN services.
In the year 1999, ICAP helped updating server operating systems and business software codes for many of our Insurance Companies, Insurance Brokers and Financial Services companies to be ready for the turn of the century for which, many in the industry had predicted disaster caused by the Y2K bug.
ICAP, together with our Telecommunication Wholesale partner have been working closely with companies such as Anglicare Victoria, Agility Logistics, Chevron, Exxon Mobil, Toll Mining Services, and many others in Australia, New Zealand and PNG providing enhanced infrastructure support throughout the 2009 resources boom in Australia.
